Meet Ashley!

Ashley began her career at Goodwill in Brookings, Oregon. After moving to Red Bluff, she started as a Clerk Processor at the Red Bluff Goodwill on February 13, 2023. Within her first year at Red Bluff, she was promoted to keyholder and then to Assistant Store Manager. Ashley is now the Assistant Store Manager in Redding.

Ashley says, “I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of my manager, Tiffany Sanchez, and the Goodwill Mentorship program. Tiffany has taught me to believe in myself and to push myself to succeed. She also shows me how to use my strengths to be a better person and manager. The mentorship program has given me a deeper understanding of what Goodwill does and my role as an Assistant Manager. This has helped me improve my time management, build relationships with my coworkers, deal with workplace conflict, and manage stress. I am grateful that Goodwill takes pride in its employees and wants us to succeed by having leaders who believe in us.”
